Volcanos and Native Cultures
During this trip, you will travel through the avenue
of volcanoes to arrive at Cotopaxi National Park, one of the most beautiful
areas of the Ecuadorian highlands, Here you can find more than seven spectacular
volcanoes like Cotopaxi, the highest active volcano of the world (5,897 mts,
19,342.16 ft).

few hours south from this place you can spend some time in the Zumbahua indigenous
community visiting its special market. Not far away, is located Quilotoa lake,
an amazing spot in the western range of the andes, from which you can see the
inter-andean valleys, its majestic mountains and the different ecosystems of
the area. Besides these spectacular places you will visit some of the most beautiful
haciendas of this region such as San Agustin del Callo that was built over a
well preserved inca ruin.
